  I have been very pleased with Stark Office Suites at 800 Westchester Ave. The staff at Stark are always very responsive to all my needs or questions. It is also helpful that Stark's senior management and corporate organization are located right here. The building itself, 800 Westchester Ave, is one of the most prestigious office buildings in Westchester. It was the former headquarters of Kraft, and most everyone who is familiar with I-287 is familiar with our building. On premises, we have a full-service cafeteria, open until 3:00; a newsstand; a hair salon; a bank; and even a shoe-shine guy. There is more than enough free, covered parking, and a free shuttle connecting to each MetroNorth arrival and departure at the Rye train station. For me, it provides a perfect combination of convenience, amenities, service and a competitive price,

Ben took personal charge in seeing that all of my questions were honestly answered – he’s an amazing “people person,” a real pro! Trust me, I drove him crazy with so many questions, but through it all he always returned my calls promptly - with a smile on his face and his heart on his sleeve. Stark is without a doubt the only firm you want to call home. Trust me they have it all, and it’s all about their people. Jennifer Moricone, our Site Manager and Jeannine Bucci, Stark Associate/Receptionist, are both truly remarkable – I’d steal them both away from Ben, but then I’d have to give up my executive office suite too. Everything in life comes down to the people you work with, buy from and sell to. In addition to creating beautiful renovations and an attentive, skilled staff, management takes pains to respond to our needs thoughtfully.
